RETURN POLICY 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your product. After notifying us about the cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item/items.

To undo a purchase, the packaging and product must appear in mint condition and be completely unused so the product still can be sold. If the returned goods differ from the above, we reserve the right to make a reduced refund.

If you make use of your right to cancel an order within 14 days, we refund all your payments excluding shipping costs

The money will be refunded with the same payment method/to the same card you have used for payment.

Always contact our support at paolo@follico.com.au before returning goods, as the processing of your return case may otherwise be delayed.

When returning products, please use a distribution company that offers tracking - please don't use any alternative package distributors, this makes it impossible to track the item if these should be lost during return shipping.

You should ship the item adequately packaged with a copy of the invoice and please state clearly the reason for the return on the return form.

Damaged Products:

Email paolo@follico.com.au within 7 days of product receipt along with photos of the damaged goods in order to initiate a refund or replacement.

Step 1: Document your journey

Take a photo of the treated area each month, starting pre-treatment. You might be surprised at how much progress you've made!

Step 2: Use the Activation Serum daily

Make sure to apply Activation Serum every day, even if you skip the shampoo and conditioner.

Step 3: Stick to it for 120 days

Use at least five bottles of Activation Serum over a 120-day period. This is the period in which our clinical test showed noticeable results for 97% of participants.

If a parcel is returned to us, not due to an error made by us, then it is at the customer’s expense that the package will be resent. This is to be paid by bank transfer.
Orders incorrectly fulfilled will be rectified at no expense to the customer. You must notify us of any order discrepancy within three business days after receiving your package.
