Follico is a small independent review desk based in Australia, run by four reviewers who have covered online gambling since 2016. We are not owned by an operator and we do not accept payment for a higher ranking.
Our testing is practical. We open a real account at every brand, deposit our own AUD, play pokies and table games, then request a withdrawal and time it to the minute. Licence numbers are checked on the regulator's public register, and payout figures are taken only from eCOGRA, iTech Labs or GLI certificate pages.
Editorial decisions sit with Callum Wyndham, who has read operator payout reports for a decade and signs off every ranking change. Scores are reviewed monthly, and any brand that slows its payouts loses ground the same month.
